First, after selecting your desired date and time on Klook, the luggage delivery service will send you a separate email telling you what to be aware of. Then, within the time you specified, pack your luggage and leave it in the hotel lobby, take a photo and upload it. Tell the hotel staff that someone will come to pick up the luggage and then you can leave the hotel. Next, there will be a website where you can see the entire luggage progress. I booked luggage pickup at 9 am and it arrived at the airport at 3 pm. I arrived at the airport light and easy to pick up my luggage. This service is great, and I will continue to use it in the future. It's just that the first time I used it, Klook didn't explain it very clearly 🙄.
