Good to know

  • This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a Pocketalk translator
  • If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by 7 days before the scheduled date, the tour might be cancelled
  • Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited
  • Please note that odd-numbered groups will share seats on the bus
  • Because your arrival time will be late at night, please make arrangements for how you will get home, including confirming the accessibility of the last public transportation and getting ready in case you are unable to connect to it. In that case, the transportation expenses such as taxi fares will be borne by the customer
  • The content of the fireworks display is subject to change without prior notice
  • Because of the road closures, tourists may be required to wait on the bus for up to an hour after the fireworks until the traffic restrictions are lifted
  • The walk from the parking lot to the fireworks viewing area will take about 30 to 40 minutes, so please wear appropriate walking shoes
  • In case of rain, the fireworks display may still be held and the tour will continue. The event may be cancelled due to inclement weather (typhoons, strong winds and rain, etc.), flooding of rivers, or other circumstances that may pose a risk to the fireworks display
  • Even if the fireworks display is cancelled or postponed due to inclement weather, the tour will continue as long as the Fireworks Display Executive Committee does not make a statement before the tour's departure time. If the Fireworks Display Executive Committee makes the final decision to cancel the displays early in the morning on the day of the event, the tour guide may notify you of the cancellation on that day
  • If the fireworks display is cancelled by the day before departure, you will receive the tour refund minus the cost of the reserved seat (JPY 4,000)
  • If the fireworks display is cancelled or postponed due to sudden stormy weather after departure, there will be no refund of the tour fee (including the reserved-seat ticket fee, etc.). Please note that the transportation fee to the meeting location is at your own expense
  • Please bring your supplies to avoid heat stroke
