To claim the ticket, you have to go inside the port and go at the back of the ticketing section. We didn't have to fall in line and just paid the terminal fee. A bit disappointed because we were not prioritized but it wasn't a big deal since we got our tickets in time and the lady was nice.

legit booking. could have been better if on the booking details it was advised which shiplines honors the ticket which is shuttle ferry only and sched hours, aside from that everything is good. I was able to complet my trip with klook online booking.

we still needed to have our voucher checked at the counter. in addition, we sent an email of the booking/voucher to their email. the ferry was all good and safe.
