What to expect
A full three days to summit three peaks over 3,000 meters. Looking down, you can see the Southern Cross-Island Highway weaving through the mountainside. Looking ahead, you can see the Xiangyang Mountain landslide and Taiwan's highest peak, Jade Mountain. During the hike, you don't have to carry a large backpack, only a small summit pack, for a more relaxed experience.

From the summit of Mount Taguan, enjoy a distant view of the Central Mountain Range across the way.

Along the way, you'll see towering giant trees everywhere.

In the giant tree forest, it's even more like a wonderland when there's a dense fog.
