Heavena Wellness and Spa at Ramada Hotel Riverside in Bangkok

I originally tried to visit their branch at the Sivatel Hotel, but couldn’t make it there. After moving to the Salil Hotel, I found this place through Google and decided to give it a try. From the moment I arrived, the gentleman at the reception was incredibly kind and welcoming. Since the spa is located inside a hotel, I also really appreciated having a separate, comfortable area to change and get ready before the massage. My therapist was absolutely amazing. She put so much care and effort into the entire 90-minute massage, and I was genuinely impressed. I personally prefer strong pressure, and this was easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She was also incredibly kind and attentive throughout the whole session. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. And yes, the ice cream they serve afterward is just as delicious as everyone says! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an excellent massage in Bangkok.

The environment is comfortable, and the technicians provide excellent service. The only drawback is that there's a subway station nearby, so you have to take a taxi.

We arrived 30 minutes earlier than the reservation time because we had been touring all day and wanted to have a shower first. The masseur rushed us before the reservation time. We saw that the foot bathing water dish and bath salts were prepared in the room, which was useless. Then we started the massage treatment. We chose the signature treatment that included Thai stretching. The Thai stretching that I had been looking forward to was just stretching my hands. It was over in less than 90 minutes. During this period, the masseur even left to clean the oil container. It took a long time to clean. Urgent? Do you want to spend my massage time cleaning it? My friend's masseuse was okay. She at least asked her if the strength was appropriate and told her that she had prepared ice cream. My masseuse didn't say a word. The overall feeling is that the appointment was rushed before the appointment time, and the treatment time and content were also shortened. After changing clothes, I reported it to the reception staff. She also explained that Thai massage is stretching. Most Hong Kong people understand what Thai massage is. Don’t think we are rookies~

Ambiance: Unable to see the sunset and river view as expected. Service: The front desk staff speaks Chinese and provided great service. Masseuse: Although we couldn't be arranged with a Chinese-speaking masseuse as expected, the masseuse's technique was professional. Environment: Elegant.

Recommend the aromatherapist, who is very attentive and attentive in serving customers. The front desk staff can speak simple Chinese. After the Thai massage, there is ice cream to eat.

The atmosphere is elegant, and the service staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The masseur Richy has excellent massage skills, with moderate strength, which eliminated the fatigue of traveling. I would repurchase if I have the opportunity.

Environment: clean, peaceful, and cozy; Massage therapist: pressure was well-controlled and did not cause any discomfort;

massage therapist: She was through professional. service: service was perfect

Convenient location, Amy is good , skillful and attentive.

It's really great. The masseur's strength is from light to heavy, which is very comfortable. He will also check the strength and the direction of strengthening first. The environment is also very clean.
