If necessary, 1 child booster seat can be provided free of charge; ・From the 2nd child seat onwards, an additional JPY 2,500 per seat will be charged, please make a note in advance when placing the order. Please note that child seats occupy approximately 1.5 seats, which may affect riding comfort and luggage space. ・Standard luggage size is 24–28 inches; oversized luggage or strollers must be informed in advance and will be calculated as 2 pieces of luggage.
・If the number of people or luggage capacity is exceeded, the responsibility and cost will be borne by the passenger. [Vehicles and Driving Range] ・Vehicles may be changed to the same class of vehicles depending on the daily dispatch, and specific models cannot be specified. ・If you want to customize the route, please fill in the itinerary when placing the order for customer service confirmation. ・Driving range: Within 300 kilometers, with hotels departing from Tokyo as the center. A service fee will be charged for cross-regional areas (such as Mount Fuji + Hakone). ・Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or民宿in Tokyo city; an empty car fee will be charged for areas outside the area (JPY 5,000–20,000).
・Urayasu, Disneyland and Haneda Airport are not within the pick-up and drop-off range in Tokyo, and a one-way surcharge will be charged if pick-up and drop-off are required (JPY 5,000–10,000). [Chartered service hours] ・Standard service hours: 10 hours, overtime fees will be charged if exceeded. ・If the pick-up/drop-off location is in a different location (such as Mount Fuji/Hakone), the service time is 8 hours; empty car driving time must be reserved for other areas.
・The car usage time range is between 7:00-22:00. If it exceeds this time, please make a note when placing the order for customer service confirmation. [Overtime Fee] Vehicles with 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 will be charged for every hour exceeding (1 hour will be counted if it exceeds 15 minutes) Vehicles with 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 will be charged for every hour exceeding (1 hour will be counted if it exceeds 15 minutes)
・Delays caused by traffic jams, waiting or other unforeseen circumstances will be included in the overtime fee. [Other reminders] ・The driver does not speak English, but can use translation software to communicate with passengers. ・If you need to specify an English-speaking driver, please make a note when placing the order for customer service confirmation. If arrangements can be made, a JPY 5,000 designation fee will be charged. ・The driver’s contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (no later than 3 hours before the car is used); please wait for the car 10 minutes in advance at the pick-up location. ・If the itinerary includes “Fuji Five Lakes”, you will need to pay the mountain climbing fee on the spot (approximately JPY 2,800–6,400), which can be paid by the driver on your behalf. ・Communication reminder: LINE IDs cannot be added to each other in some areas.
