arrived late at the airport but stall was still open. we were able to get the esim, fast connection in major areas, but slow connection on some rural areas. considerable because hokkaido is mountainous.

My phone wasn’t compatible with e-sim so I went with this sim card. I used this during our entire Hokkaido trip and didn’t have any issues at all. There’s good data signal even during tours to other areas of Sapporo, like Otaru, Furano, Lake Toya. The kiosk where to claim was easy to find upon arrival. The staff also assisted in installing the sim card. Highly recommended!

The people at the counter helped set up our phones quickly. The reception was also very good anywhere in Tokyo. The only time it wasn't, we were in very crowded areas so understandable. I was able to share photos and videos, plus make video calls. Very reliable and fast. I highly recommend it!

everything was so stunning and amazing in Japan! once I had arrived at Kansai Airport, I had a bit difficulty to find Japan Simcard Outlet to redeem the SIM card. however, everyone at the airport is so helpful and show me the direction to find the outlet. arrived at the counter and the staff was smiling towards me and helpful to assist me. she assisted me and even helped me to inserted the Simcard.
