What to expect
This experience begins at a meeting point near the Eiffel Tower, where an English-speaking guide welcomes the group before walking together to the monument. The guided portion lasts about two hours, covering the ground level and continuing to the second floor, where travelers learn the tower's history and spot Paris landmarks while taking in panoramic views. Guests who booked the Summit option can then continue independently by elevator to the very top. Before the guided portion ends, the group receives tickets for a one-hour Seine River cruise, usable at any time that day. Aboard the cruise, multilingual audio commentary points out landmarks including the Louvre Museum, Musee d'Orsay, La Conciergerie, and Grand Palais, rounding out a morning of Paris' most iconic sights
Reviews
When we arrived, we discovered that there was no itinerary that day and no one was queuing up. Everyone was dumbfounded. The tour guide said he would refund the money and then left without proof of cancellation. So far, there has been no refund. I can only call the bank to apply for a payment stop on the disputed account. It is a very bad experience.
Dont booked this attarction. They cancel the Eiffel Tower tour at the day we meet for the Tour. we offered to take a partial package the seine cruises. And when we walk to the Seine River Crusie from the meeting point, we can see some people taking the elevator and being inside the Eiffel Tower (the guide say, Eiffel Tower was Closed that day) ...really very disappointing. we get the voucer from klook to refund separate this tour .
tour cancel at the day without info martini before
