Our tour guide had a wonderful knowledge of the places we visited and was extremely patient with our two children too. We were collected from our hotel, taken to the market/shops where we wanted to buy some local sake and knives. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this tour

Had a good walk to look at the shrine and Miss Midori was good in her explanation to explain the history of the places. She brought us to a great yakitori place for lunch. Good for those who wants a private tour to understand more.

Had a great time on this tour. We loved walking around the Fushimi Shrine and walking around the grounds. The arches are beautiful and the environment is very serene. The brewery visit was also very interesting, but we decided not to drink the sake since we weren't feeling so well. A few guys in the group tried some and loved it, so it's probably worth it to add on the tasting if you like sake.

Loved the brewery tour! My friends and I love to try out the local drinking scene when we travel and this sake brewery visit was awesome! The brewery and the grounds around it were so well preserved, it was like stepping back in time. We opted for the sake tasting and we were not disappointed. Highly recommended for all sake fans!

Visited Kyoto with my parents and we wanted to check out the Fushimi Inari Shrine. It was very beautiful in person and we learned a lot about the history of the location from our guide. My mom was a big fan of Memoirs of a Geisha and she loved walking through the orange arches. My dad really enjoyed the sake brewery tour and tasting the sake. Great tour!

Tour guide met us at the hotel lobby then we took the train (yes, public transport! the fares are included in the tour price) and walk to the sake brewery. Tour guide was knowledgeable. But the entire tour was too rushed as we had to go to the next destination---Fushimi Inari Shrine. At the shrine, it was very crowded. Tour guide took the time to explain the Japanese shrine history and culture to us. But still rushed through as he wanted to take us back to Kyoto station. In the end, we ended the tour at the shrine and bid our farewells to the guide.
