SIM Information
- The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
- This is a Data + Call/SMS SIM Card. The plan will be activated within 30 minutes of the user inserting the SIM into your device and you will receive a SMS.
International Data Policy
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
Activation Procedure
- Step 1: Insert the SIM card into your mobile device upon arrival, the SIM card will be activated automatically
- Step 2: Ensure data and data roaming is turned on on your mobile device (For iOS: Settings > Mobile Data and Mobile Data Option; For Android: Settings > Mobile Networks)

- Please choose date you will arrive at destination to avoid any inconvenience. SIM Card will be activated accordingly.
- For any changes, please inform us 4 working days in advance.
- The urgent processing fee of $3 per order will be charged if your arrival date is less than 4 working days
