Very good value itinerary, hotel pick up and drop off is on time, the tour guides are very enthusiastic and entertaining. There are small meals and drinks before the boat. participate 😄
The itinerary and the speedboat service were very good. We were very satisfied. My daughter liked the canoeing activity the most. The only thing I was angry about was that the pick-up service made us wait for a really long time... Although I understand that it is a shared ride, we had to wait for more than half the time. Hours are really scary
The arrangement is pretty organized throughout the day. Yet the poor transportation arrangements at the end of the day is speechless. The car was went back to pick up more people even though we have left the site almost 15min. Without any proper explanation, the tour guide just ask us to leave. Very unpolite abd unprofessional!
