I purchased a 500THB wine redemption coupon. When I arrived at the site, the waiter didn’t know how to redeem it. After communicating for a long time, he brought me a wine list and said that I could only exchange it for 300THB for a glass of wine, and nothing else. I bought the coupons and took advantage of him.

After paying the original price of NT$456 at klook and even buying a gift package to offset the discount, I still spent NT$321 to buy the coupon. When I went to the scene, I told the waiter that I wanted to use the klook coupon. The waiter had no idea what it was and asked us to wait for a while, but he got one. We can only choose drinks from the special menu that cost 300 baht. We can only order from the above. If we want to add something from the regular menu, it will cost extra. We are completely treated as idiots~~~~ When we contacted the customer service staff, they only said that we had to go and confirm again for 6 days. No news or willingness to provide compensation yet:)
