Children aged 18+ will be charged the same rate as adults

Family ticket is for 2 adults （aged 18+）and up to 5 children (aged 7-17)

For reduced ticket, please present your voucher with a valid ID/certification

Pets are not allowed

Baby carriages are not allowed, but you can be left in the ground floor coat check area

Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance at the selected time. The skip-the-line entry will be forfeited if you come late, and you will only be able to utilize regular entry for that day. In this instance, refunds are not possible
