Good to know
If you need to bring luggage, please indicate this in the remarks column. Vehicles are dispatched according to the number of people traveling, and confirmation of whether luggage can be carried will be made 3-5 days before departure. If luggage is permitted, an additional cash fee of JPY 1500 per item must be paid to the tour guide before boarding.
When a sedan or minibus is used, the driver will provide a simple introduction. Please understand that they will not accompany you when you get off the vehicle.
Infants under 2 years old are free of charge and will not be provided with a seat. If a seat is required for a child of infant age, a fare must be paid.
- We will wait for you at the meeting point you selected in your order. Please do not change the boarding location arbitrarily without prior notice (at least 3 days in advance), as this will prevent us from meeting you smoothly and may cause delays or missed trips.
- A travel notice will be sent to your email by 5:00 PM the day before departure. Please pay attention to it at that time. It contains the tour guide's contact information for the day, license plate number, and detailed information about the itinerary. Thank you.
- The legendary women-only restricted area, Kinzei-no-Mon (Forbidden Gate), may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions, bear appearances, or other reasons. If there are any issues with Kinzei-no-Mon on the day, the time spent at other attractions will be adjusted, or attractions will be added to satisfy customers.
