In order to provide child seats for 1-4 years old as scheduled, adults have to hold the child the whole time for fear that the seat belt will strangle the child's neck, which is a very uncomfortable experience.
The driver took the initiative to contact me before the trip. When I missed his calls, he also sent messages to remind me of the trip I booked. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
