Luggage Information
- Maximum 15 kilos free baggage allowance per person. In excess, passenger will have to pay on-site at the Supercat Counter PhP 15/kilo (may change without prior notice)
- Each passenger is allowed to bring on board two (2) hand carried baggages not exceeding a total of 0.10 cbm in volume.
- All baggage must be tagged with owners name and address.
Eligibility
- Child Policy: 0-2 years old (Infant rate) Payment in Supercat office outside the pier. PHP 50 (no seat)
Additional information
- Pregnant Women who are 8 months pregnant are allowed to board provided a valid doctor’s certificate is presented stating her fitness to travel. The passenger must also sign a waiver. But during rough seas, pregnant women are not allowed to board.
- A softcopy of pax ID must be submitted to avail of infant rate, child rate, student rate, senior rate or PWD rate. In the event pax does not submit ID, the regular rate can still be applied.
Passengers must check-in 45 minutes before published departure time. This is for seat confirmation. Confirmed bookings shall be cancelled and released to chance passengers upon failure of the passengers to check-in at least 45 minutes before published departure time.
