Activation procedure

  • After the staff redeems your Klook voucher, they will help you activate your SIM card on your mobile device
  • According to rules of Government, all sim card must be registered by identified users. The registration process would take up from 3 to 5 minutes. Please follow instruction of our staff and cooperate with us. We truly apology for any inconvenience caused.
  • Please check and be sure your SIM card has been activated before leaving the counter. The refund will not be issued in any case if you leave the counter without checking
