was a bit skeptical because of some of the bad reviews but my experience was flawless for the 28/8/26 full moon festival. Punctual pick up time at 6:00pm at the hotel and was on the boat at around 7pm. You receive a wrist band that you use for your return trip and it’s based on a first time first serve basis. when we arrived back at the pier at 1am we were assigned a colour and a number and groups are sent based on this so there is no pushing and shoving to get onto the boat. the boat departed at about 1:30am. When we got back to Koh Samui, there were drivers waiting to take us back to our hotels as part of the service. Overall good and smooth experience. Waves were a bit choppy on the way back but overall the boat felt safe and life jackets are provided. Highly recommend this service if you want smooth and easy transit to and from the full moon party 👍
Perfect service, this was convenient and everything was organised for us, it was nice to enjoy the party with no worries on how to get back. Driver was on time and communicated via whatsapp, the boat was comfy & efficent and staff helped you with tickets as soon as you entered the ferry port. Worth doing.
Crew was good. pickup and drop were on or before time. everything was handled with ease. we left from the first boat which was at 1am and reached our hotel around 2am
Great service on time pickup and very good service on both the pier. At koh phangan pier in the night it gets a bit chaos after 1/2 pm a lot a people wants to get back but the staff handles it pretty well
The travel was very comfortable and safe. Even though some people were drunk and wasted after the party, the organizers made sure to take care of everyone with patience. The party was great too. Excellent organization. The coupon worked without problems. Picked up from the hotel as agreed, departure without problems about 30 minutes to Phangan. We decided to leave at 02:00, waited for the boat to depart for about 30 minutes. They took us back to the hotel. I liked everything, I recommend it.
The tour was well organised, everything was perfectly smooth and we got home safely. Thank you for looking after us as we went out to Party at the infamous Koh Phangan full moon party. Will happily use this service again :-)
