the meeting point at central Pattaya was easy to find. we waited 15mins for the group of 7 that did not shown up at 12noon. the mini van had only 3 passengers n it would be tight w 10 passengers. the ride was fast n we arrived in Bangkok centralwOrld within 2hrs.
we booked this transfer for both ways to and from Bangkok to Pattaya. it was a terrible ride, the van had little to no air confitioning. we could smell fumes from the exhaust during the whole ride. the vans are very old. My husband had a headache for the whole 2 hour ride. luckily I had an iced drink with me, otherwise it feels like a sauna in the van with old leather seats. value is not that much cheaper than just ordering a grab for the whole way if you have a big group. if you are going solo, beware you may be stuck in the van with a full family of kids who complain about being hot the whole journey.

As per the product description, staff members were already at the meeting location, scanned the QR code, and boarded the van comfortably. The van was large, had good air conditioning, and the seats were comfortable. There were type C and USB chargers in the van! I need to use it again next time~
Sharing a car through Pattaya is more comfortable and convenient than taking a bus, and the location is easier to find. We arrived earlier than expected, and we could enjoy lunch at Central World before boarding the bus.
