The Clipper Lounge is fondly referred to as “Hong Kong’s sitting room” and offers a relaxing haven throughout the day. The breakfast and dinner buffets and the legendary afternoon tea are served with.
Spring Lobster & Seafood Dinner Buffet
Effective 18 March 2026, Clipper Lounge will introduce the Spring Lobster & Seafood Dinner Buffet, featuring a focused selection of premium lobster dishes alongside an extensive seafood offering.
Lobster highlights include Lobster & Fresh Fruit Salad with Pink Cocktail Sauce, Poached Boston Lobster, Baked Lobster with Garlic Herb Butter, Stir‑fried Lobster with Black Pepper Sauce, Lobster Pasta prepared in a Parmesan Wheel, Lobster & Seafood Fried Rice, and the signature Lobster Caesar Salad Trolley.
The buffet is complemented by Alaskan King Crab Legs, Dalian Abalone, chilled shellfish, a curated sushi and sashimi selection, and live stations featuring Slow Roasted U.S. Prime Rib of Beef, Roasted Lamb Rack, Beef Noodles, and Hainan Chicken.
From 23 March onwards, the dining experience will be further enhanced with two additional pass‑around delicacies per guest (one savoury and one dessert selection, rotating daily), featuring rotating chef’s specialities such as Seared Foie Gras, Braised Sustainable Fish Maw, Braised Abalone, and premium Bird’s Nest desserts served directly from the kitchen.
A comprehensive dessert selection completes the experience, featuring the signature 1963 Mandarin Cheesecake, handcrafted pastries, homemade chocolates, and the classic ice cream trolley.
