Singapore Private City Tour by Vimo Services

Excellent Service. Great service is appreciated, but excellent service deserves to be celebrated.

Best way to go around Singapore. The driver is also very nice even with his limited English Speaking Skill.

Driver was on time and drove safely. Vehicle was spacious, cool and clean. The driver was able to take us to where we wanted to go, but it would’ve been nice to have someone that spoke the same language so that we could know more about the city and places we visited. Overall, we were able to stop places we wanted to go.

SO BAD OPERATOR THEY CANCELLED IT AN HOUR AFTER OUR DESIRED PICK UP AFTER ALL THE FFUP THEY SHOULD HAVE CANCELLED 3days before so i was able to book another service i am not booking again wd them

ripped off for no service avoid them at all cost. Just add a little of what you’re supposed to pay them and have other company. lack of empathy and professionalism. their draconian policies make them and awful choice. despite attempts to communicate and get clarity of the situation, I was met with apathy and indifference.

This is my first time booking this kind of chartered car, so I don’t know if the driver is good or not. We were waiting for our companions to pick up their luggage, but the driver was lying down as soon as the door opened. He was very cold the whole way. We prepared several scenic spots and asked him how to arrange the itinerary more smoothly, but he didn't answer seriously and fell silent after only two sentences. Later, I arranged it myself, gave him the postal code and asked him to follow it. I was very negative during the whole driving trip. I even gave him the postal code on WeChat during the journey, but started off without even looking at it. I confirmed it with him before he said, " I don’t know where you are going either." We were afraid that the driver would be unhappy and didn't dare to ask. We were scared the whole trip. It was a pity to have such a travel experience. In addition to navigating, the driver seemed to be chatting on his mobile phone during the journey, which was very dangerous. Moreover, after the driver ate something and spilled a drink on the ground, he didn't wipe it up. He had a headache during the second half of the ride.

The guide is great. Dan explained us very well the site and history of Singapore. The car we use is also clean.
