Vehicle information
- 5-Seater Vehicle
- Car model: Toyota RAV4/Corolla Cross/Artis/Camry or similar
- Luggage restrictions: 76 cm x 51 cm x 32 cm (28 inches). Items exceeding this size will be counted as two pieces. Maximum of 2 pieces allowed.
- The actual maximum number of people that a 5-seater car can carry is 4. If the number of people exceeds this, we will not be able to provide car service.
- 9-Seater Vehicle
- Car model: VW T6 / Benz Vito or similar
- Luggage allowance: Up to 5 pieces of 24-inch luggage
- The actual maximum number of passengers that a 9-seater vehicle can carry is 9 people. If the number of people exceeds this, the vehicle service will not be available.
Luggage Information
- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
Additional information
- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Please refer to "Passenger and Luggage Capacity Guidelines" to select a suitable vehicle type. If the actual number of passengers or luggage exceeds the reserved amount and cannot be accommodated, the driver reserves the right to refuse service without refund.
- If you are using this service with children under the age of 4, please indicate this when placing your order so that we can arrange for a child safety seat. If you do not inform us or indicate that you do not need one when booking, you will be solely responsible for any traffic tickets issued by the police or any passenger damage caused by traffic accidents.
- According to Taiwan law, all children aged 0-4 must be secured in an approved child safety seat according to their size and age. It is recommended to reserve child seats in advance if you are traveling with children

- Surcharge for the 2026 Lunar New Year period (please pay the driver in cash on the day):
- From February 14, 2026, to February 22, 2026, all language packages will have an additional charge of NT$2,500 per vehicle on top of the base fare (applicable to both large and small vehicles).
- Overtime fee: 0 - 30 minutes, 5-seater car NT$ 300, 9-seater car NT$ 350; 31 - 60 minutes, 5-seater car NT$ 600, 9-seater car NT$ 700
- Surcharge service hours: A night surcharge of NT$1000 will be added for departures before 08:00 or trips exceeding 22:00.
- Depending on the product plan, if the departure or return location is not in the Greater Taichung area, an additional NT$300~NT$2000 will be charged depending on the route.
- Surcharge area:
- A fee will be charged for pick-up/drop-off locations outside of the designated areas.

- An additional NT$1500~2000 will be charged for trips up the mountain (depending on the area).
- Maximum daily mileage: 150 kilometers. An additional NT$ 500 will be charged for every 20 kilometers exceeding the limit.
Product Reminders and Regulations
- Chartered car hours: 08:00-22:00, with the latest departure time at 14:00.
- Specific car colors or models cannot be guaranteed; the actual vehicle dispatched on the day will prevail.
- Some scenic areas in Taiwan may have sudden, temporary traffic controls depending on daily crowds. If traffic control is in effect, passengers will need to transfer to a shuttle bus at their own expense.
- Service personnel will contact you the day before departure. Please ensure that your internet connection is working properly and pay attention to messages on your mobile communication software.
- Please be on time at the designated pick-up location. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the driver has the right to refuse service.
- Please be aware that if traffic congestion or other natural factors cause overtime at various attractions due to traffic restrictions, an overtime fee will be required.
- Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited in the car: eating, drinking, smoking, applying sunscreen, removing shoes, kicking the back of the driver's seat, spitting out the window, and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver. If any items in the car are damaged or soiled, compensation will be required at the original price, payable in cash on the spot.
- This chartered car product only provides driver and vehicle services, and does not include a tour guide; tickets, meals, and other personal expenses during the trip are the responsibility of the passengers. The driver does not provide accompaniment or guided tours at attractions.
