Start with a check in at your beautiful hotel, relax, visit a local market and indulge in a relaxing meditation session before dinner. Your second day begins with an early morning yoga followed by a traditional massage therapy session after which you will get to enjoy a delicious freshly made breakfast. Enjoy some free time before lunch and after the meal choose between several acitvity options including rafting, body surfing and even cliff jumping. The day concludes with a Pranayama session and a delicious dinner. On day three, you will begin with some light yoga, have a quick breakfast and then leave for some sightseeing in the city. Change up and have lunch at a local cafe instead of the hotel and come back for a Yognidra session in the evening followed by dinner at the hotel restaurant. On your last day at the resort, sleep in, have a light breakfast and head back to the city refreshed and rejuvenated.
