The most regrettable thing is that there is a special attack team of flies to accompany you to eat together. Our today buffet booking on 10 June 2023 at Savio, Chatrium Grand Hotel Bangkok through Klook was an utter disappointment. The lobster and seafood offerings were far from fresh, leaving a lingering stale taste in every bite. What's worse, we experienced severe discomfort and nausea shortly after the meal. The lack of quality control and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction is disheartening, especially given the reputation of both the hotel and Klook as a booking platform. I urge others to exercise caution when considering this particular buffet option, as our experience fell far below expectations.
