The service and resolution to the issue been great. it was though a longer wait in the chat... which could be due to volume, the consultant was reasonably helpful.
It takes around an hour for the ride. We went there at around 6pm and it's quite hot in the summer. There was a voice guide for the views so you wouldn't miss the iconic buildings for Paris!
The scenery of the Seine River cruise is very beautiful, and you can see many famous attractions along the bank, which is worth a visit. In addition, the shipping company has no service at all. When choosing a champagne cruise, you only need to get a bottle of champagne before boarding the ship, and you can drink it yourself after boarding the ship. There is no service. It is recommended to just cruise.
This was not the experience expected, Champagne was not served, and the boat was like a general large boat. No hospitality or food counter like shown in the experience.
