Q: We will arrive at the airport after 9:00pm. Can we still exchange our ticket after we arrive at airport?
A: There are two exchange locations at Chubu International Airport which together provide service from approximately 5:30am until approximately 11:30pm. Which counter you should go to depends on what time you arrive:
- Meitetsu Travel Plaza - opening hours: 7:00am-8:00pm
- Meitetsu Chubu International Airport Station - opening hours: first train of the day (usually 5:24am) until 7:00am and then 8:00pm until last train of the day (usually 11:31pm)
Q: Can we make seat reservations?
A: Seat reservations must be made in person at the individual bus company service counters.
Q: Can we make seat reservations at the Meitetsu Bus Center?
A: No, you cannot make all seat reservations at the Meitetsu Bus Center. Each bus is operated by a different company and seat reservations must be made at each specific bus company’s service counter. You can find more details about which bus company operates each route here
Q: Do roundtrip train/bus tickets have to be used within the validity period of the 3/5 Day Pass? How about tickets going to and from the airport?
A: Yes, the tickets must be used within the validity period of the 3/5 day pass. For example, if a 3 day pass is valid from April 1 to April 3, you must use BOTH legs of the roundtrip ticket within that period. You cannot use the return leg on April 4. This applies for tickets going to and from the airport as well.
Q: Can I redeem my pass by showing the e-voucher on my mobile device?
A: No. You must physically print out the vouchers and hand in the paper voucher at the counter to receive the pass.
Q: Can we use either the train or limousine bus for the two airport transfer tickets between Chubu Centrair International Airport and Nagoya station?
