  • Welcome drink: Baajre Ki Raab (a typical Rajasthani winter drink made of pearl millet flour cooked in yogurt) / Thandai (a refreshing summer drink made of milk, nuts and spices, served chilled)
  • Veg Appetizers: Daal Ki Pakodis and Kaanji Wada (onion and green lentil fritters) / Khandvi and Pyaaz Ki Kachori (savoury gram flour and yogurt rolls with a delicious tempering and crisp, flaky deep-fried kachoris stuffed with an onion filling)
  • Non Veg Appetizers: Rajasthani Sula (tender lamb marinated in traditional spices and grilled)
  • Common Mains: Gatte Ke Pulao (fried gram flour dumplings added to rice flavoured with aromatic spices), Rajasthani Kadhi (gram flour and yogurt curry)
  • Veg Mains: Panchmel Daal Baati (Baati is made with wheat dough and baked on woodfire or charcoal served with a mix of five lentils), Aloo Pyaaz aur Bejad ki Roti (a simple potato and onions dish prepared with Rajasthani spices served with bejad ki roti which is traditional multigrain flour bread)
  • Non Veg Mains: Laal Maas (a traditional Rajasthani dish of meat cooked in spices), Kheema Matar (minced meat cooked with Rajasthani spices and peas)
  • Dessert: Ghewar (famous delicacy of Jaipur)/ Malai Malpua (fried pancakes dunked in saffron flavoured sugar syrup)
