About this product
- Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
- Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
Usage reminder
- A deposit of THB 2,000 per device will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned
- If the device is fully charged, it can be used continuously for 10 hours. Please note: actual battery life may decrease when multiple devices are connected or during extended simultaneous usage
- Kindly note that the wifi pocket will not able to receive the signal at the airport on the 4th floor due to interference. Please recheck the signal outside the area
- Please return your pocket wifi device at your selected pick-up location

Activation procedure
- Step 1: Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn on the device. It may take up to 5 seconds to search for a network
- Step 2: Find WiFi details Once the screen turns on, you’ll see SSID (WiFi name) : YOOWIFI_XXXXXX Password : XXXXXX
- Step 3: Connect to WiFi On your device, select the SSID and enter the password to connect

Surcharges
- Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: THB 2,500 with insurance or 5,000 with no insurance
- Loss, damage, or breakage of sim card: THB 400 with insurance or 800 with no insurance
- Loss, damage, or breakage of bag/device pocket: THB 100 with insurance or 200 with no insurance
- Loss, damage, or breakage of USB cable: THB 100 with insurance or 200 with no insurance
- For pocket wifi device with insurance, the fine of other damages (screen damage, damage by water, or loss) will be 50% OFF

- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hour(s) before the selected activity date

Super convenient and fast connection! Picked up the portable WiFi at Gate 1, Suvarnabhumi Airport — super easy to find and quick service. Staff were friendly and the device was ready right away. Connection was fast and stable all around Bangkok and even when we went outside the city. Battery life lasted us the whole day. Highly recommended!
Very convenient to claim, after baggage claim there's a klook kiosk near gate 1 at arrival gate. Very portable and long lasting battery. Best way to connect internet especially when visiting temples or places with no Wifi at all.
The signal is good everywhere in Thailand. Long battery life. I was not disconnected all throughtout the travel. The staff is friendly. The only downside is that I wish they had put a counter near the departure area.

It was easy to redeem and deposit back to the Klook kiosk at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The battery life was also great and charging the device was fast too. There were some times when the connection slowed down though, not sure why, but it was okay overall.
although i had a little bit of connection issue 1 time it was resolved immediately buy the customer support team via WhatsApp. It was worth renting, i worked in Bangkok remotrly with no major problems at all.

Having a pocket wifi while travelling was a big advantage instead of having a sim or e-sim because you don't have to worry about draining your phone's battery while going on a tour.
