This pass was so easy to use. Booked through Klook and had it delivered to the hotel and collected it when we checked in. All we had to do was put the pass in our arm pocket in our ski jacket and the gates would open to access the gondola or chair lift. This pass also let us use any mountain in the Hakuba valley, which is was really good, as we could choose which mountain we wanted to ski depending on the conditions. Also compared to Australian lift passes, this pass is super affordable, its crazy!
Again what a surprise to be able to book this through klook. The tickets were sent to our hotel check in table the moment we arrived and we didn’t even ask for it. Overall a great experience online and offline. Well done team!

Tickets are very cost-effective and save a lot of time. It would be better if you could add transportation from Hakuba Station to the ski resort

Chose the 3-day pass and get from hotel directly, very convenient.
If you book it in advance, you can also deliver it directly to the Hakuba Hotel or B&B.
The process is so easy. I’ve rent a place in Hakuba and the pass was sent directly to my accomodation, skipping the process of going to the office/kiosk to redeem. You can use the pass to use at almost all the ski facility in Hakuba Valley. Just take a provided shuttle van to move to other ski resorts. We started with Happo-one Ski Resort and had so much fun. By the time we had enough, we’re already tired and decided to just went back home. So if you plan to try as many ski resort as possible in one day, this pass is for you. If not, just take another type of day pass for one specific ski resort is enough.
