- Anyone between 100cm and 140cm, regardless of age or gender, must wear additional safety equipment, including a harness.
- Please ensure that anyone in this height range wears pants.
- Children who refuse to wear safety equipment will not be allowed to board.
- Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled booking time. Early arrival is essential to complete the necessary safety preparations.
- If you arrive at the departure time without completing the preparation, boarding will not be allowed, and no refunds will be issued. -The Seoul Tram Tour operates only with at least two confirmed participants per time slot. If fewer than two reservations are made and no additional bookings occur by two days before the tour, we may ask you to reschedule.
