Reviews
It was a fantastic tour of Horseshoe Bend and Upper Antelope. Our driver, Peter, was very friendly and helpful throughout the trip. In Upper Antelope, our guide, Mr. Jay, was exceptional, he is a knowledgeable and friendly person who also taught us how to adjust our phone settings to capture better photos with improved contrast inside Upper Antelope.
The driver arrived on time early in the morning. There were rest stops along the way where we could rest and shop. Lunch was a sandwich and chips. The car seats were very comfortable, so the total journey of about 8 hours wasn't tiring. There was a local guide at Antelope Canyon.
I am very lucky to meet a Chinese tour guide. Be aware that you will need to call the tour guide the day before about the next day’s meal and assembly time, so you need to make sure if there is a way to contact. Stopped at the gas station for resupply. I thought I would be hungry. Basically, I don’t have to worry about the destination. I definitely have to go in this life, but I’m tired from traveling and traveling. I must rest properly.
I signed up for a prime time group, but the driver put Antelope Canyon on the last itinerary. Some members of the group were going down the Antelope Canyon tour. The driver sent them to gather first and was delayed for 30 minutes. When they arrived at the Upper Antelope Canyon, Only then did I realize that I was joining the 1:20 pm tour, which had already missed the prime time. The light in the canyon was already dark, so I was really disappointed....
Our tour guide, Bin Yang, had a well-planned itinerary, was very entertaining, and kindly provided plenty of water and snacks for us to enjoy. The service was excellent.
It was beautiful after a 4.5-hour journey to get there, but it's a shame we were too rushed and didn't have time to take photos.
I applied for a prime time tour, but the bus arrived late, so I ended up joining a tour that wasn't prime time. Even though it was no longer prime time, there was no proper explanation, which is very disappointing.
