It was in fact a tour splitted by two parts. One was held in the morning from 9am to 12:30pm for city tour plus visit of Dubai National Museum (25 mins), car rides to different hot spots for photos taking. It was very rush and not very enjoyable at all! The second part was desert safari with BBQ dinner. The sand dune was quite rough but Okay. The shows (belly dance, fire show and tanoura show) were average and food was not very good. The tour guide told us that all food and drinks, henna painting were free, in fact, you needed to pay a bit more for better food (VIP menu) and a larger henna painting (only tiny one was free).

The driver and the tour guide especially is veru good and friendly. He is so lively and know well the spots and explained everything to us. We were also able tohave good talk with him about other stuff like current events. good job! :)

It was a fun tour, the driver also took good instagramable photos in the desert. He lives nearby our accomodation so he dropped us directly in our accommodation. I just hoped i could have rode the camel before the sun went down for a cooler photo.

The Sand Dunes and BBQ dinner is better but the city is not good to recommend

At first I was dubious with the partner tour operator we was allocated Royal Eagle Tours, I had a fab time... the half Day Dubai tour was educational... pick up was on time from our hotel. Then in the evening it was Desert Safari. Pick up was bang on time. The driver was good too. 15 minutes of dune bashing was short - wanted longer. The camp activities was above average too. Absolutely had a blast - food - it was okay nothing special.

Nothing except for Dune Bashing was good in the entire day. 1. The tour started in a mini-van which seemed like extra seats were fit in the same. 2. The guide explained that he would skip Museum as the same is not worth and will include some extra portion of Jumeriah which is not in the itinerary. However, it was only a tact to save time. The extra portion of Jumeriah was already included in the itinerary. Also we missed the Museum. Instead of Diera City Centre, the guide took us to local Diera market which was also not worthwhile. The Jumeriah mosque mentioned in the itinerary, was only a photo-stop. we were not taken inside. All in All the Dubai City Tour was useless. 3. Then in the evening, a good car (land cruiser) came for desert safari. It was very Comfortable car. The Dune Bashing was excellent with the driver and guide showing his skills on dunes. This was the best part of the tour. 4. Now came the disaster. The Camp was utter useless. Poorly managed. As soon as we landed, there was a chaos for finding seating space. we were offered a seat at the last row as all others had already been taken. Then there was a long queue for the "so called" camel ride. The ride was for 50 metre. The camel got up, and turned around and thats it!!! The longer ride was chargeable. 5. Then there was another queue inside for starters and Juices. The person at the counter was giving only 2 pieces per person for starters, which meant that every person in the family had to come up and stay in the queue for 2 pieces of starters. Even when requested for my elderly parents, the person at the counter was rude enough to say that everyone has to come and take for themselves. 6. Same at the bar, only one can of soft drink per person. 7. The dance shows were good. Fire dance, Tantoura and Belly Dance all were very good. 8. The Dinner was also the same. although it was better as compared to starters and juices. Food Quality was ok. 9. During the entire camp, it felt like we were beggars or prisoners who could only eat what and how much is provided and cant ask for more. 10. Bottom line is, I would not recommend this tour to anyone.

Dubai city tour and safari was good but the food at the safari camp was very poor and not arranged properly. Too crowded and lack of hospitality.
