How To Use
  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
  • The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified

Airport Pick Up:

  • Please indicate your flight arrival time when booking
  • Pick up time and extra charges will be based on actual flight arrival time
  • For Airport Terminal 1, please meet the driver near Gate 12 (inside the hall)
  • For Airport Terminal 2, please meet the driver near Gate 6 (inside the hall)
  • The driver will be holding a small flag with Klook logo on it
  • A waiting time of up to 90 min is free of charge. However, if the driver has to wait for over 90 min after actual flight arrival time, a cash charge of KRW15,000 per hour will be collected by the driver
  • The driver will wait a maximum of 150 minutes after flight arrival time before leaving the premises

Airport Drop Off:

  • Please indicate your desired hotel pick up time upon check out
  • It is recommended that you schedule your pick up for at least 3 hours prior to departure
  • Be reminded to arrive at your designated pick up area at least 5 minutes prior to the pick up
  • A waiting time of up to 30 minutes is free of charge
  • A surcharge of KRW15,000 per hour will be collected by the driver in cash for over 30 minutes of waiting time

Cancelation Policy
  • Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 48 hours prior to the activity

    The driver is nice and friendly. He was kind enough to come earlier than the time booked and helped us to load up the heavy luggages. We reach the airport within an hour's time and he drove safely too. I would book again for airport transfer in the future if we go in group.

    This service is great for groups! We were travelling in 5 and reached the airport in 1hr with the help of good traffic. The driver was on time and ride was smooth.

    Positives: Starex Van owner was on time. Driving was good. Van owner ( to Incheon Airport) contacted us 1 day prior to trip via WhatsApp. Coordination was good. Negatives: I do not appreciate it that Van owners do not remove their personal stuff in the 3rd row leaving my group of 6 uncomfortable because leg room left is so small we had to be crammed in the two rows left. We requested English speaking drivers on both trips to and from Incheon Airport but both drivers did not know English. Renting a Van costs more. We do not mind paying more for comfort, hence we booked this. So we expect the Van Owners to provide enough space and comfort. Otherwise, it would have been better for us to take bus or train.

    Your Driver charge us extra KRW15,000 because long line in immigration and baggage claim. We were on board at his car by exactly 11:40pm I thought we have 90 minutes waiting time free?

    The driver contacted me the day before for my flight in and on the day for my flight out to confirm the original arrangement per the klook booking, everything went smoothly and on time as expected.

    GREAT!!! The van was amazing, it was like we were famous Korean celebrities, too bad we didn't have a photo with it. Also, our flight got delayed by an hour that we were thinking whether our ride would still be there, but once we reached the gate he was there patiently waiting for us. Will book again when we go back to Korea!
