Kyo Kaiseki KINMATA (近又) in Kyoto

This is a very good dining experience for Japanese fine dining. The host pay attention down to the fine detail. we were attended to from the moment we stepped in until we stepped out. From the start we were given green tea that was prepared before us to the appetisers, soup, main and dessert. Each dishes was explained to us and how to best savour it.

Booked a private room experience. It was very ritualistic with 10 courses. The chef came out to introduce each dish and was very polite!
