Good half-day tour, guide to explain in detail, it is worth to participate.
This was the worst day of my travel in Israel. The voucher said that the meet up time was 8.30am. We arrived at the meeting place earlier than that only to know that the tour already left at 7.45am. I am asking fo a full refund since me and my family wasn’t able to get to the tour. But up until now i haven’t heard from Klook.

WORST WORST WORST experience from Klook! they did not follow what was in the voucher, wherein i will be picked up and dropped off at the hotel. i was picked up, yes but they dropped me off at Jaffa gate past 2pm and i need to walk from Jaffa gate to Addar hotel considering that shuttle bus to airport will oick me up at 3pm. in other words. picked up time was followed, however the tour time wasnt followed which should end at 12nn hence i still have more time to before i travel back to the airport. i've sent the support@klook.com and email aboit this but no reply until this time. not recommended this service to everyone. my last day in Israel was a nightmare because of this tour.
