Reviews summaryYou can get there by taking the train to Hawajima Station and then walking or taking a bus. For the return trip, there's a free bus ticket available. There are many hot spring baths, including steam rooms and saunas. Towels and robes are provided. There's also a lounge area with a great, very relaxing atmosphere. It's located on the 2nd floor of the Big Fun mall.
On the last day, I had an early flight and went to Heiwajima Hot Spring to take a shower and soak in the hot springs. After getting comfortable, I went to Haneda Airport. Just walk for 15 minutes from Heiwajima Station to the left and return to the station. You can check out and ask the attendant for a 100 yen bus voucher. You can take the bus downstairs. The bus returns to the station
From Haneda Airport, you can take a bus or monorail to get there. The hot spring is in the shopping mall, which also has a restaurant and an exciting palace. The correct name of the hot spring is Heiwa Island. I hope Klook can correct it.
It was a really good on the sauna with great facilities. I especially loved the sauna. It was the hottest sauna I have ever been in.
I highly recommend this place for people taking red-eye flights. Peach Aviation MM860 arrives at the airport at approximately 00:50 AM, and after going through customs and collecting luggage, you can conveniently catch the reserved 01:40 AM shuttle bus. The breakfast is simple and delicious, and you can stay at the Heiwajima Onsen until 2:00 PM. There is a Don Quijote store downstairs in this building where you can shop.
nice option if you take an red eye flight in HND airport. i didnt reserve the shuttle bus , so i have to walk for around 15 mins from the nearest metro to the place. clean environment and have a comfy place for resting. Good.
I highly recommend this place for those taking a red-eye flight the next morning. However, I suggest arriving before 9 PM to fully enjoy all the facilities. There's a Don Quijote and a Gyomu Super (business supermarket) on the ground floor of this building, and a Taito Station upstairs where you can play arcade games. Overall, it's a great place.
I always use the "Flight" plan when taking Tigerair or Peach Aviation's late-night flights back to Taipei from Haneda. Being able to take a good shower and soak in a hot spring after a hectic day, and then leisurely relax before heading to the airport, really helps to recover from mental and physical fatigue. I usually don't feel tired until after 10 PM that night, which prevents the red-eye flight from completely messing up my sleep schedule.
It's very convenient to get to this hot spring directly from the airport by bus, and the driver was also very pleasant. However, there were no signs, and Klook stated that a blue car would pick us up, which was incorrect; it was a small white car. My bus was at 00:40, and I was already waiting at the very cold station at 00:30. The driver should have known how many people would be on this bus! He didn't even ask, and as a foreigner who didn't understand the system for the first time, I missed it and had to wait another hour. I hope Klook can improve this. Everything at the hot spring was very satisfactory, and the breakfast was very rich. It was just a bit cold when sleeping, and I hope blankets can be provided.
It was great. I was worried because I was traveling alone as a woman, but it was better than I expected. If you're planning to sleep, I recommend quickly changing your clothes and heading to the sleeping room to secure a spot.
