- Additional luggage stowed in the bus compartment is subject to extra charges
- The passenger must secure a baggage tag/s for all their luggage stored in the bus compartment from the BA/Conductor
- Any undeclared lost baggage will not be entertained by the company, unless the passenger sufficiently proves to the satisfaction of the company and will only be liable to the maximum amount of PHP 3,000
- Luggage with valuable items amounting to PHP 5,000 and more must be declared to the conductor, indicated at the back of the ticket and must have a baggage tag
- Lost luggage with a declared amount of PHP 5,000 and above may claim against the company its declared amount, but in no case higher than PHP 10,000, upon investigation that the lost baggage is due to the sole fault or negligence of the company

- How to Redeem Your Boarding Pass at PITx:
- Proceed to the Ground Level. Locate Booth 6, where staff at Windows 3 through 5 will be available to assist you
- Show your voucher sent by the operator (Solid North) to your email in exchange for a boarding pass
- Head to Gate 5 with your boarding pass ready to pass through the turnstile
- Present the Solid North voucher from your email to the conductor to get on the bus

ease of reserving seats specially on peak days. sadly there's no way on choosing seats, it's pre-selected. hope they have a way to incorporate that in the checkout process. bus are well maintained. hopefully next time no need to print tickets.
Overall a smooth and convenient experience! Just booked the ticket here, printed the voucher I got over email, and gave it to the bus conductor (they get the printed physical copy). I arrived 45 minutes and the bus was already there so you can settle immediately. The bus left maybe 6:03 am and around 10:15 am we’re already there. Seats are comfy and not cramped, plus it has a tray and USB charging port. Didn’t get to try the CR because I was asleep but I heard it was clean. Aircon is working well too. The bus stop at Baguio is directly beside SM Baguio so I just went to SM first to have breakfast. Lots of taxis to get you to your accommodation after that. Highly recommended! Btw, no free water and snacks for this basic ticket so just bring your own.
