Kyoto and Nara Private Car Charter with English Speaking Guide

Had the best experience with our tour guide and driver. Ms Junko spoke good english and was very knowledgeable. They accommodated our customised itinerary + also recommended several places to visit to make the most out of the day. It was almost an 11hr day but we enjoyed every minute of it. We highly recommend this tour company.

our guide Yumi, was lovely. Great communication when advising of the delayed arrival time. Excellent in finding a Mac Donald's for lunch to celebrate a birthday. pick up in Kyoto and drop off at our hotel in Osaka, flexible itinerary with guidance. Areas for improvement: the quality of the vehicle. it was very hot day and the aircon just couldn't cool such a large vehicle sufficiently. Alphards are definitely a more comfortable ride than the hiace. Cold drinks appreciated as was the surprise birthday gift.

Ms Yoko and Mr Yamaguchi was the best! We were running a tight schedule because of a previous reservation (our fault) but they made sure that we were on time without sacrificing the quality of the tour. both of them were very thoughtful and very very nice. Will definitely book again 😀
