  • This particular service is only provided for Thailand, with device pick up and drop off at Hong Kong International Airport. For WiFi services in other locations, please see the individual destinations
  • WiFi devices are generally available. In the rare event that it has been booked out, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance by email.
  • There is a minimum 3 day charge. If you use more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the original retail price for the extra days when you return the device
  • Day charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on a Thursday and return it on a Monday, you will be charged for 5 days of usage
  • You will be charged the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service
  • The data carrier for this product is AIS/TrueMove
How To Use
  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
  • For booking enquiries please call Klook customer support

  • Please note that pick up and drop off days are inclusive in the booking period. Any extra days will be charged at the original retail price

Pick Up And Drop Off Location:

Hong Kong International Airport Service Counter
  • Pick up the device on your DEPARTURE DATE at the Hong Kong International Airport service counter
  • Location: Counter A08, Arrival Hall, Level 5, Terminal 1, HK International Airport
  • Opening hours: 24 hours, daily
  • Drop box for returning devices are available after 11:00pm
  • Please be advised that you will only be able to pick up your device during opening hours

Pick Up Process:

  • Present your printed or mobile voucher at the Airport Service Counter
  • Pay the HKD500 deposit via credit card. You card will be placed under credit card authorization hold. Please note that only credit card transactions will be accepted unless you book the device for more than 10 days (Union Pay, Electronic credit card will not be accepted)
  • Receive the pocket Wi-Fi device and start surfing!

Return Process:

  • Return the device to the Airport Service Counter
  • Pay for any extra days used
  • If everything is in order, you'll be returned the full HKD500 deposit
  • If you arrive at the airport returns desk after 11:00pm, a drop box service is available. You will be returned your deposit to your bank account within working 7 days.
  • Please note: You must inform the team that you intend to use this drop box service and leave your bank details when you pick up the device

    The network is extremely poor, I have to buy a SIM card in the airport to replace the wifi egg.😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    The staff are sluggish. You need to wait for a while until the wifi egg is fully loading. The connection is average. i wouldn’t consider using it again.

    it takes few minutes to connect everytime when you switch it on. but the battery lasts for almost whole day and the connection is generally good!!

    After arriving in Thailand, I couldn't get online. I couldn't solve the problem with the customer service. I didn't follow up afterwards. I also responded with the counter staff when I was on the phone. But the staff said that the customer service didn't notify me. I have to check with the company again. It takes about two weeks to know if it is OK. Refund.
