  • Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to SIM compatibility issues
  • The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you purchased a 3-day SIM card and activated it on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 4 Oct 21:00
  • Even with unlimited data, internet speed will drop to 384kbps after 15GB of data is used
  • The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop
  • Hot-spot sharing may cause speed drop and device heat
  • You can top-up additional credits to this SIM. To check your remaining SIM card balance, you may refer to the instruction manual provided
