2N1D Catching Sunrise on the Top of Bukhansan

To those who love adventure like me, you have to try to hike Mt. Bukhansan. It’s really a great experience! I highly recommend this tour package. It’s my first time in South Korea and first time as a solo traveler. They have tour guide that could speak English which is really good for foreigners like me who doesn’t speak and understand Korean. I really enjoy it and never felt being out of place and it’s really safe. All are welcome even if you’re solo or group or whatever nationality you are. The group activity starts at 7 pm which includes Indoor wall climbing, group games and socializing like drinking beers and singing together with guitar instrument. One night accomodation is included here. Separate rooms for men and women. The hiking is a bit challenging because the trails are pure assault like 85% assault and 15% stairs (it’s like stairway to heaven. Lol!) But the tour guide is really great and experienced that could advise you what proper gears/outfit to wear and how to properly use them like even your trekking pole and also proper way of climbing especially at the rock formations. And be ready as it’s really cold on top! Plus you could see the sunrise if the weather is good. Also, it have advantage to start hiking in earlier time as it will be less crowded so you could better take picturesand videos without sea of crowds! So overall it’s really worth it to avail this tour and include it in your itinerary. I hope you will enjoy it too! ☺️

The highlight of our trip. Thank you Simon Kang for not cancelling the hike even though there was just 3 of us. We share your passion for nature and the great outdoors. Simon had been the most professional, most friendly and the most knowledgeable guide when it comes to hiking, on top of that he took some great hpotos of us. Can't wait to do another hike with Simon when we visit Korea again.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and taking good care of us. Various activities were provided during the program. We had fun and enjoyed a lot.

The guides were extremely nice, patient and welcoming. We did not speak any korean but they still made sure we did not feel left out and we managed to interact with the locals as well. There was plenty of snacks and beer the evening before and the hostel was very clean and proper. It was my first time climbing a mountain and they made it achievable for us. Thank you for this amazing experience! Will definitely recommend for anyone looking to hike in korea!

The sunrise tour with Simon was amazing, and I really recommend it. Panorama at hilltop Baegundae was spectacular. Even though there was no sunrise that morning due to thick clouds, the scenery of clouds flowing over mountain ridges was equally amazing. It was beyond my expectations. The hike to Baegundae is of average difficulty, around 1.5 hours one way. The trail is clear and with good signage. Not only the view at the hilltop was great, the scenery along the trail was enjoyable too. The guide Simon lent me head torch so I could see my way clearly in dark. The guide Simon is the best. He is easygoing and knowledgeable about mountaineering and roping. He taught me a lot of useful skills with ropes the night before the hike. He also made sure I was feeling alright along the way, so I felt secure hiking with him. A reminder is to bring warm clothing with you, as it can get very chilly waiting for sunrise at the peak.

This is the greatest experence in Klook. Wonderful training center and coach! Beautiful view i even seen. Unforgetable memories.

Missing my order, did not advise me my order was be canceled. I already spent my time to BAC center then got this bad news!!!!!!!!!! Makes me to reschedule again and I do not got refund till now ( 5 days passed)………

It was raining the whole day so we were waiting for them to email us if it will push thru or not. We even chatted with Klook asking about it and we were advised to wait for the email. We waited until 6pm and we have not received the email. We decided to go to the BAC center but nobody was there. The lights were off in the hallways and the floors. We called the number listed in Klook but nobody was answering. So we decided to go home. We hope we can get refund for this

It was drizzling in Seoul and my friends and I had a chat with the Klook customer service representive to ask of the hike will still push thru. We were informed that we will receive an email. We did NOT receive any notification so assume that it was not cancelled. We travelled far as the meeting location is not really central Seoul. Lo and behold the activity center is closed. We raised this issue with the customer service again and we gave out booking and voucher numbers to have it refunded. Then funny that Klook will send me and email for a review of this activity. So far, the customer service has been very subpar. I have tried to cancel and rebook another booking (for a wifi rental) and nadah, nothing happened. So yes, I think my 1 star is justified. I hope nobody else experiences such horrendous service.

Tour was cancelled due to public holiday but no one contacted me to update. I was kicked out of the BAC building in the middle of the night and had to find another accommodation nearby. Having used Klook for a long time, this is my first terrible experience.
