- Meeting time: 7:30 AM
- If you miss the boat, you may board the next available boat to the island at your own risk. Upon arrival, please locate our crew.
- The return trip is fixed at 2:30 PM. Early returns are not possible.
- Please notify us of any health issues or chronic conditions before participating in any activities. Failure to disclose this information after booking may result in no refunds.
- Activities included in the package cannot be substituted.
- The package price remains the same, even if you choose not to participate in a specific activity.
- Guests are not allowed to participate in Seawalking if their flight time is less than 6 hours after the activity.
- Parasailing videos will be delivered within 24 hours after the trip. Our crew will contact you once it’s ready.
- Boat rides are shared with other guests.
- Meals are not included, but you are welcome to bring your own or purchase food at the Jesselton Jetty kiosk.
