- For private airport transfers, the maximum capacity of van is 10 pax and 10 small luggages / 8 pax and 8 medium luggages or 6 large luggages
- For departure transfers, the driver will wait for you up to 5-10 minutes from your scheduled pick up time
- For shared transfers, kindly expect to be picked up within 15-30 minutes to account for other passengers
- If you are unreachable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
For Shared Transfers:
- After baggage claim, please look for the Klook signage or the lead participant’s name in the arrival area. To avoid confusion with the airport dispatcher, kindly refrain from mentioning your hotel accommodation
- Kindly expect to be picked up within 15-30 minutes to account for other passengers
For Shared Departures:
- The pick-up time will be sent by the operator via email or the contact number provided, 1 day before your pickup date
- Pickup time will be determined based on your flight details, with the operator allowing a 2 hour and 30 minute window prior to your estimated departure time
- Given that the travel time to the airport is approximately 30-40 minutes and this is a shared transfer, please allow for potential delays
- Should you request a later pickup time that the one provided, please be advised that we will not be held responsible for any delays that may result in missing your flight or approaching check-in deadlines

Upon arriving at Busuanga Airport, another company representative approached me, but when I mentioned the name of this company, they directed me to Klook's van, and we successfully met up! We arrived at the hotel in about 30 minutes! As long as you clearly state your flight number when booking, the transfer will go smoothly, making it very convenient ✨️ I also used their transfer service on Boracay Island before, and if you book and pay in advance, you won't need much cash on hand on the day, which is reassuring. I highly recommend this transfer service.
My cell phone broke down while I was there, and I was worried because the instructions said I would receive a call the day before pickup with the pickup time, but the hotel front desk kindly informed them of the time, which was a great help. (They arrived at just the right time so I could catch my return flight.) I had also used their transfer service on the way there, so I felt at ease. I will definitely use them again.
We did not come from a flight, so we needed to wait for a flight to land. Good thing one of the van drivers turned on their AC while we were waiting. It was a good 1hr atleast though.
It was a smooth ride! After arriving to the airport, the airport staff outside will ask the name of your accommodation then announce it via speaker, then the airport transfer third paety will come and assist you. Then voila, you're on the way to your accommodation — that simple and easy!
