eSIM Information
- This is a Data-only eSIM. Calls and texts are not available. Top-up is available via Klook (Indicate top-up and contact merchant)
- eSIM Validity period (Days) starts upon successful installation. Please install on the day of travel or when you need it. You will need an internet connection to install
- The eSIM is valid upon Installation for your selected duration. If you Install your eSIM at 2200, it will end at 2200, based on your selected validity
Usage reminder
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Data limit as per Data Plan in Gigabyte (GB); therefore, it is under Fair Usage Policy (FUP) - unlimited data speed will go up to 128 kbps. Excessive usage may cause the data plan to be suspended without notice to prevent data usage abuse based on the local network policies
Important Notes
- Please ensure that you have an eSIM compatible and network-unlocked device, and the travel itinerary is confirmed
- Data plan validity starts immediately when eSIM is installed (Expiry date - 45 days from the purchase date)
- You may install eSIM before traveling(before your flight) or, at your destination when you need it
- To successfully install eSIM, a stable Internet connection is required
- All Data plans (4G/3G Speed) will thereafter follow unlimited data under *FUP for the duration of the validity plan
- eSIM can only be installed once. Do NOT DELETE/REMOVE your eSIM from your device after successful installation
- You can have different eSIM plans installed on your device
- Data speed varies depending on the country and location

I have an iPhone 14. It is simple and convenient to set up in advance. The signal is very good in Korea and Japan.
Overall was very quick and easy to use and set up.
Is it worth the price? I bought 1g per day from another website. It can be used for two weeks and it doesn’t cost NT$700. If it exceeds 3G, the speed will slow down and become completely unusable. Please don’t use it as a dishonor.

My friend and I ordered these eSIMs knowing full well that it was first 8GB of data highspeed, but also knowing that purchasing unlimited gave us the flexibility we needed to travel for 26 days in Japan and South Korea. With very casual everyday use in Tokyo (waiting on trains, relaxing after a long day before bed) my friend had exceeded her cap in 4 days. This is annoying, but we thought no big drama, it's unlimited. Right? Wrong. The loading of any regular social media app is as slow as 10 minutes waiting or not at all. Maps we desperately need to get around is impossible without connecting to free WiFi as it could be anywhere between 3-6 minutes for directions to even load. Something as simple as Snapchat could take 5 minutes plus to load 1 image. It's not good enough. Not in a country like Japan. Not in this era of technology, where a good connection to the internet is essential to even view a restaurant menu or check in for a flight. We will be forced to reply on other companies for internet connection, and we won't be repeat customers with Klook.
My partner used this one. It was really easy, quick and convenient. It says you need to wait up to 24 hrs but we got a confirmation and QR code straight away. It was great!
This has really helped me stay in contact with family etc back at home while in Japan . The process is simple and easy. greatly priced for a necessity while travelling. Will recommend this to everyone.
