Pai Highlights Private Day Tour From Chiang Mai

Three women were planning a trip to Pai, which they wanted to go to. We heard that Pai was inconvenient to use, so we searched for a daily itinerary and made a reservation. First of all, it was private, so it was very convenient for us to go on our own. We also had a large car that could carry all our luggage, and the driver and guide were there. It was nice that the guide took a lot of pictures and was very kind since we were separate. I made good memories in Pai on a day when the weather was great ^^

Tour guide Surangrat was patient and knowledgeable. Even though the drive there and back was arduous due to the many road bends, Pai is a place that should not be missed.

I have participated in your company's one-day tour in the past, and I am very satisfied. But after today's participation, I was very disappointed. This itinerary should include Thai lunch, strawberry garden, coffee shop, and canyon, but the tour guide informed that the above itinerary and lunch are not included. The most surprising thing is that the above itinerary should be included, and there is no need to pay by yourself, but I need to check and remind the tour guide one by one. , but after many discussions with the supplier, I was able to arrange it for free. In addition, strawberries are not in the right season, and the strawberry garden cannot find strawberries, which is even more disappointing. In addition, according to the itinerary, the lunch should be a Thai lunch, but only a Yunnan lunch (10 dishes, rice and soup) and a visit to the mountain village (not the original one-day tour); and we heard that the "tree house" of our friends is quite Beautiful but very disappointed when we got there and found out it was closed! The tour guide informed that the "tree house" has actually been closed for three years. If your company updates the information of scenic spots with local travel agencies from time to time, it is very likely that today's scene will not happen. All in all, I am very dissatisfied with the itinerary and arrangement provided by your company, and I will consider not participating in the tour group organized by your company in the future.

The sight seeing was great, overall. We weren't given a choice to pick either English or Chinese (Mandarin) speaking tour guide but was "assigned" with a Chinese speaking person. The tour guide person didn't do a good job either, in our views - didn't explain the details of the each place we visited; didn't check in if we have questions. Not to mention, he missed out one location to go to, which apparently not on his job sheet (or something).
