What to expect

Dong Sticks is a joyful body-mind practice develop by an elderly master that wanted to remain supple until old age. The sixteen mindful motions supported by a bamboo cane promote agility, joint strength and flexibility including help to lower stress thus increasing mental clarity.

Start with a slow relaxing walk through the riverside while listening to the nature and the invitation of sunrise to brighten your day. In an open space, we practice breathing exercises to help relax our muscles and mind.

This 50 minutes session is conducted daily except Mondays. Join us at Riverside for an early morning exercise.
