Booking Requirements
- All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding
- Effective 1 December 2023, all foreign travellers to Malaysia are required to complete a Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) at least 3 days before the scheduled arrival in Malaysia

Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Additional Pick up and drop off point at SGD20 per additional location
- An additional surcharge of SGD20 per 30 minutes will be charged when the waiting time exceeds complimentary wait time of 30-minute
- For chartering service more than 12 hours, it will be charged at SGD30 per hour

Hotel to hotel pick-up, there are seven passengers in total, it is very spacious, everyone has luggage, and the space is quite enough, it is a convenient choice.
We had to cancel last minute due to medical reasons. It was non refundable but good thing klook gave us credits instead.
