Reviews
The operator was not able to reach the number of guests for booking but did inform us directly instead they sent an Email to Klook to cancel it. Klook on the other had kept sending us reminders and all, nothing about any cancellation. Only when we tried contact the operator, Wildlife Expeditions, the day before that we were informed about the cancellation and we were already at Rio Tuba! I wish I can give both parties ZERO stars for this. Till now we didn’t hear from both the operator and Klook about our refund.
