Although it is a little more expensive than taking an airport taxi by yourself, you can see your name as soon as you exit customs, get on the bus and arrive at the hotel directly, without having to change money or communicate first, it is a very convenient service.

Informed KLOOK about the flight was delayed. The driver was right there waiting in the arrival hall holding my name. The driver was good despite spoke no English.
The plane arrived at Vientiane Johor Bahru International Airport four hours delayed. I had previously notified Klook customer service and asked them to notify the supplier. However, I could not find the driver when I came out of the airport. I temporarily found a local at the airport to help call the supplier and inquire about the supplier. He said that Klook did not notify them. They picked up the airport according to the scheduled time and left without waiting for anyone. Although it was almost 11 o'clock in the evening, he asked us to wait for 15 minutes and the driver came to pick us up immediately. I met him when he first arrived in Laos. There are many people who are eager to help, thank you very much.

Driver was ready and waiting for me with a sign with my name as I exited customs. He took my luggage for me and we hopped into a large, roomy van (I was the only pickup customer) so there was plenty of space for me and all of my bags. Easy, prompt, reliable and friendly service — nothing more you could ask for.
It was our first time in Laos and we didn’t know what to do/ how to take the public transportation. But Klook made it easy for us as we were greeted by our driver who held a piece of paper with my name printed on it 🤣 all was good. Thank you !
