Which routes are included in this activity and whether it is possible to customize the routes? We offer one-way city transfers and car charter services for 5 hours/10 hours within Singapore city. You can explore Singapore attractions such as Singapore Zoo, Sentosa, Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Sands, City Hall, Lau Pa Sat, Merlion Park, SEA Aquarium, Botanic Garden, Little India, Clarke Quay, Bugis, Haji Lane etc. What vehicle models are available? We have 8 options for groups of up to 45! Pick the one that best fits your group size and luggages. What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges? This activity includes up to 10 hours of private car charter service, point-to-point one-way transfer, English-speaking driver, fuel fees, parking fees, toll fees, wifi on board, insurance. Additional costs may include attraction tickets, baby seats, booster seat, additional stops surcharge, location surcharge, holiday charges, additional waiting time charge. You can pay the extra charges directly to the driver What are the standard dimensions for luggage that the vehicle can accommodate? Our standard luggage size is 24 inches: Height 24" (59 cm), Width 16.4" (41 cm), and Depth 9.2" (24 cm) When will the merchant provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed? Operator will send driver’s details one day before your scheduled date by 6pm SGT. For bookings made less than 24 hours in advance, operator will send driver’s details closer to scheduled time

Luggage Information
- Luggage Weight Limit: No single bag may weigh more than 20kg or 44lbs
- Extra fees may apply for oversized and/or additional luggage. Please pay any extra fees directly to the driver
- Standard Luggage Size: 59cm x 41cm x 24cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
- Maximum of 1 standard luggage and 1 handbag per person
- You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of standard sized luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)
- The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
- Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags will count as 4 pieces
- Pets cannot be accommodated

Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Operator reserves the right to ask for the relevant top-ups if not added during checkout
- As per Singapore Law, anyone below the height of 135cm must be secured when riding a car either with a child seat appropriate for their height and weight or use a booster seat to supplement the seat belt
- Child Seat (1-3 years old) / Booster Seat (4-8 years old): SGD 15
- Location Surcharge SGD 10 (Central locations, including West Coast, Rochester, Buona Vista, Clementi, Jurong East, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Woodlands, Yishun)
- Location Surcharge SGD 20 (West locations, including Jurong West, Nanyang Technological University, Tuas)
- Additional Stops / per stop: SGD 15
- If the driver manages to contact you but it is past the waiting time, you will be charged overtime fees
- Additional waiting time (every 15 minutes): SGD 15
- Festive Surcharge: SGD 25
- A festive surcharge of SGD25 will apply for any bookings that fall within 9 August (National Day) and 18-24 September (F1)

the operator sent the driver and car details prior to the schedule.. andrew was the assigned driver to our family for 2 days. he was able to accomodate our minor time adjustments especially when we finished our activities earlier than expected. the driver was very accomodating and replies on time.
the driver is a little bit stress and a bit of shouting to us. i don’t but he is not helpful at all. despite of we manage to get on our hotel just right in time.
The driver updated me of her status and location ahead of time. She was on time, very helpful and friendly. It was a smooth trip to marina bay cruise centre. Highly recommended.

Vincent was very nice to us. Can speak in English and Bahasa Melayu a bit. He was very friendly, tell us about USS along our journey to USS. Gave us tips to go to hot spot area 1st to prevent any long ques. Everything makes us satisfied with the service.

just one thing, i booked merz benz but when driver come, he use alphard instead. im paying for Merz van car. the price is difference. and driver cannot speak fluent english. but overall ok.
